Renters, get on the list too.
We're seeding the marketplace with hosts first so there's a place to land when you arrive. First renter stays open in July.

When does Hayvens launch?
July 2026 in Denver, anchored around Anschutz Medical Campus. We're onboarding our first wave of hosts now — if you list during this window, your first year is free and your listing gets featured placement when renters open.
How is this different from Furnished Finder or Airbnb?
Furnished Finder costs $199/year and looks like 2008. Airbnb takes 17% in fees and rejects most stays over 30 days. Hayvens costs $79/year, charges no booking fees, and is designed specifically for mid-term stays — homes, garages, RV pads, parking, all in one place.
Why hosts first?
A marketplace without listings is a ghost town. We're focused on building real supply in Denver — so when our first renters arrive, they have somewhere to actually stay.
Do you handle payment?
Not in v1. Hosts collect rent directly from tenants via whatever method they prefer — Venmo, ACH, Zelle, check. Hayvens is the connection layer; we never touch your money, which is why we can keep fees down.
Will you expand to other cities?
Yes — but we're starting Denver-only on purpose. Building density in one city first means renters can actually find what they need. Other major medical-campus cities are next, then bigger.
